Get out of your head and stop over analyzing EVERYTHING, every thought, every picture of yourself, every food you eat, every move you make.
Stop over thinking everything right now, it’s only getting in the way of your dreams!
I’m done listening to that voice that tells me I can’t or that I’ll fail, making me question every move I make. Why must we all over analyze ourselves, this is only holding us back. I think it’s vital to have a filter, but all too often I catch myself filtering things that really do not need filtering. I love the post I saw on Facebook the other week about before you speak ask yourself three things, Is it TRUE, Is it KIND, Is it NECESSARY? (author unknown). This quote really stuck with me, I feel that when questioning myself I can revert back to this quote to decided if the words should be spoken. It’s a learning process that requires practice, but I want to quiet the negativity that is going on in my mind. I want to quiet the “over questioning” and push through fears; this quote helps to filter the importance of a thought.
Just last week I contemplated and over thought posting this message on social media….
Before posting this I stopped every negative thought I was having and asked myself “Is it True,” YES “Is it Kind,” YES “Is it necessary,” YES. I did this because I want to get my message out there. I believe in myself and I want everyone to know that you too can stop the over thinking, stop the over analyzing and filter the negativity. Channel what you want, start taking small steps to make it possible and do everything with Strength, Love and Kindness!
I bet right after reading this all those negative thoughts will start to come into your mind, am I right? Stop them, instead start writing a list of the things that you want. Then write three positive things about yourself, and think about what small step you will take today to making your goal a reality. We all think things happen the second we want them too, but first you must believe in yourself. Opportunities begin to open up by taking small steps in the direction of your dreams. Believe you’re on your way, filter those negative thoughts and do it with your heart.

I’m following these steps everyday to try and reach my ultimate goal. I also recognize I have already achieved so many goals and dreams along this journey and I hope to keep growing. Negative thoughts are just obstacles in front of your dreams, push the negativity aside and the path is much more clear.
