Simple Hummus with Veggies

  • Assorted veggies and pita chips
  • 1 15 Ounce can of chick peas/garbanzo beans
  • ½ The juice of 1 lemon
  • 1.5 Tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Prep all veggies and place on platter
  2. Rinse Bean under cold water
  3. Place beans into food processor then add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper
  4. Cover and blend a couple minutes until smooth desired consistency
  5. Adjust seasoning if needed
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate
