Grilled Pork Chops

  • 6 boneless pork chops
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 3.5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rub of choice (I purchase mine at a local barbecue restaurant Chicago q)
  1. Add pork chops to a large zip bag
  2. In a small bowl mix olive oil, soy sauce and rub
  3. Add the marinade to the zip lock bag and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight
  4. Grill the pork over medium heat about 6 minutes per side
  5. Watch closely for internal temp around 155F
  6. Remove from grill, tent with foil and let rest for 5-10 minutes
