I had no clue what my son Patryk Alexander was handing me one morning, but I looked at the sheet of paper both confused and surprised. He knew how to use the printer at barley three years old, this was my intelligent son Patryk who figured everything out all on his own. Not only did he navigate on the computer better than most his age, he used the printer without hesitation and ran over to me jumping happily telling me we were going to make these Apple Cinnamon Muffins….

I’m currently in search of a good quality Chinese restaurant in the city (suggestions welcomed) that I would be more than happy to make the trip. So for now when I’m having that urge to order Chinese food I’ll turn to this simple recipe that always satisfy’s my craving.
